Begging For Votes
Oh crap! I’ve just noticed that the Irish Blog Awards are accepting votes. See what happens when you abandon your computer for over a week?
Anyway, I just want you all to know that I’m not proud. I will accept votes. I know I’m up against some stiff competition, there’s not much hope and I’m pissing against the wind.

I spent about 20 minutes typing in a response on the ‘Road to Recovery’ post then when I clicked submit, it never turned up. grr
Jimmy: Maybe I could win an award for “Worst Comment Form”. Truthfully, I’ve been threatening to move hosts for a while now and since the hosting agreement runs out in May (or thereabout), I may move to another provider shortly.
Damien: I had no idea the voting was only just opened! I’m suffering from the blog equivalent of jetlag having been off for a few days.

Em, it’s impossible to get a second preference. It’s FPTP is each category- you can only select one blog. Therefore, the only option is to vote for El Blogador in both the best political blog and best personal blog categories!
